Isaiah Crowell: The City's Son
Football season is right around the corner and its only right that we gear up for the most anticipated season of the year. June 30th was a historic show for King and J-Money of "Kickin' It with King." Columbus, Georgia's own starting running back Isaiah Crowell of the Cleveland Brown's stopped into the studio to give an unforgettable interview! Nothing was off limits! Everything from dating, success, failures and more was up for discussion.
"I never thought that I would be who I am today, I'm just trying to keep a level head and keep grinding," says Crowell on his success.
Crowell isn't your typical football player, he believes in giving back to his community via his free annual football camp that is held in Columbus, Georgia. During this camp kids between the ages of 8-13 are taught not only the fundamentals of football, but also the necessary tools of life that build character.
It wasn't all peaches and cream for the 24-year-old running back. The guys discussed how he was kicked off of the football team at the University of Georgia in 2012; a month later transferred to Alabama State where the stars aligned and he played the season of a lifetime. Although Crowell played immaculately, he remained undrafted until he signed to the Cleveland Brown's in 2014 and his life changed forever.
Women, money and fame are most definitely a big part of the game! Is he single? How has money changed his life? Check out the entire interview here....http://www.spreaker.com/user/d30radio/run-it-back
